Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Our order processing/handling time is 0-1 business day. Orders placed after the daily order cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, estimated transit time is 3-5 business days. Estimated delivery dates are calculated using both handling time and transit time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, address issues, peak-season volume, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates, available shipping methods, and any applicable taxes or fees are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. If a free shipping promotion is available, the promotion terms will be shown on the website or at checkout.

Shipping Days
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for your shipping method.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
